St Catherine's hosts two initiatives to provide food support for people in particular need: a foodbank, and 'Meal-at-the-Wheel'.
St Catherine's FOODBANK provides food and other necessities for those who are homeless or in genuine need.
The foodbank is run in partnership with local residents and businesses.
OPEN: Tuesdays 5.30pm - 6.30pm
In usual circumstances we aim to support each individual or family once a week
MEAL AT THE WHEEL offers a hot meal on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month, from 12.30pm - 1.30pm for those who are homeless or in genuine need. You are welcome to come into the church to eat the meal, or to take it away for later. Meal-at-the-Wheel is run in partnership with three other local churches.
Both initiatives are supplied by generous donations from local individuals and businesses and staffed by local volunteers.
